Dumplin Valley News
September 15-16-17, 2022 These are the dates of our 22nd Annual Bluegrass Festival which is held right here on our farm. With the stage being located in the big old dairy barn, there is no need to worry about the weather. So make your plans and come on out.
Tickets for daily and weekend admission are available at the gate. Reservations are required for camping for this event. https://www.dumplinvalley-bluegrass.com/
The third weekend of May is our "Picking Weekend" when pickers and jammers will converge on the campground for a few days to unwind and enjoy making music with friends in a casual environment. No shows, no vendors, no stress.............just fun and music if that's what you're looking for. Note that this is the same weekend as the Bloomin' Bar-b-que and Bluegrass event in nearby Sevierville where you can find some great free entertainment on the Courthouse square. Check out their schedule here: http://www.bloominbbq.com/ Dates this year are May 20 & 21.
Festival web address change
The web address for our festival is: www.dumplinvalley-bluegrass.com Please visit our page where you will find this year's lineup and other information.
Knoxville's Urban Wilderness
http://www.outdoorknoxville.com/urban-wilderness As far as we know, our campground is the closest one to this outstanding outdoor area. If you are planning a trip to this area, give us a call for reservations. https://ambc-sorba.org/trails/
No More Overnight Tent Camping
Recently we made the decision to stop allowing tent camping in our park. We simply don't have the appropriate sites to accommodate those campers safely. We are sorry for any inconvenience but must make safety a priority. The festival tent camping will still be available for the week of that event as we make a specific area for tent city during that time.
Please note that we do NOT offer long term camping.
Follow us on Facebook as we will be posting updates and also special tourist attraction offers when we are aware of them.
