Planning to join us? Do not depend on your GPS to find us. Take I-40 Exit 407. We are on the North side of the interstate at 525 East Dumplin Valley Rd (the same road as Cracker Barrel & McDonald's). From Cracker Barrel drive 1 1/4 miles, turn left into our driveway.

 

Your comfort matters to us! We offer easy access to I-40, a range of RV sites, including many spacious pull-through and full hook-up sites. Level and well-maintained, you'll have no trouble settling in. Picture this: pristine landscaping, a quiet hillside, and a whole farm to stretch your legs on. Our place is not just about camping; it's about making you feel at home. Plus, we're super pet-friendly! You'll find our park well-lit and very well kept, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay.

Besides the serene surroundings, we're lucky to be close to some incredible attractions. We're the closest RV Park to the country's largest Buc-ees (2 miles), Bass Pro (1.5 miles), and the Cracker Barrel is even closer. Thinking about thrilling days in Pigeon Forge, outdoor adventures in Knoxville's Urban Wilderness, or unforgettable moments in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park you're in the best spot...not in the chaos!

 

And for those who love bluegrass, you're in for a treat! We're the proud hosts of the Annual Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival, happening every third weekend in September.
